Returns & Refund Policy

In-stock items
In-stock gear can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it's unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging. Buyer covers return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Anything showing signs of use, saltwater exposure, or missing parts may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount.

Custom, built-to-order, and pre-orders
These are made for you, so they are non-refundable and non-returnable. This covers all custom builds, made-to-order spearguns, and pre-order items.

Deposits
Once we've ordered components or started the build, your deposit is non-refundable, since that money is already committed to your gun.

Warranty & replacements
All gear carries the original manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Ermes, MannySub, and Soriatec each stand behind their own components. If something arrives defective or fails under normal use within its warranty period, contact us and we'll coordinate the repair or replacement with the manufacturer on your behalf. Normal wear, misuse, and improper maintenance (including salt buildup from not rinsing after use) are not covered.

Damaged or wrong items
If your order shows up damaged in transit or we sent the wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

How to start a return or claim
Email info@manaspearguns.com with your order number and the reason for the return or warranty claim. We'll send instructions from there.
